Please check here first before contacting MISS NYLON Support. CANCELLATIONTo cancel your account at any time simply go to CCBill Consumer Services https://support.ccbill.com. You will need your relevant sign-up information which can be found on your sign-up confirmation email from CCBill. Your account stays open and active until the end of your last billing period. You will NOT receive any email to confirm cancellation unless you specifically request it! BILLING INFORMATIONSome FAQ's about our billing policy: Will my credit card payment details be secure?Yes. This site uses CCBill to process all transactions using 128 bit encryption, which means it is as secure as any online banking system. This site does not see nor store any information relating to your card payment except of course for your name and password details for administration purposes. Can I pay by any other method?If you do not wish to use a credit or debit card, there are special arrangements available for payment by cash or postal order. Please contact CCBill support for details giving your preferred method of payment. Why is my card rejected when I sign-up or why is my card not valid?There are numerous reasons why this could happen and the majority will be related to the automatic approval and security process when your card is being authorised. You will need to contact CCBill billing company for further information. It is also possible that you are using a card type that is not accepted. Try using a different card or, if available, use the alternative billing provider given on the join page. How much am I billed and how often?When you subscribe, you are billed monthly. You will be re-billed every month until you cancel your account. You can cancel at anytime! How long does my account last after I cancel?You account lasts until the end of the month that you last paid for. So, if you are billed on the 15th and you cancel on the 20th, you will still have a membership until the 15th of the next month! How does the billing show up on my credit card?Your billing appears on your credit card statement as "Ccbilleu.Com". To dispute a billing:Do you feel you have been charged in error? Were you billed twice in the same month? E-mail consumersupport@ccbill.com for help. LOST ACCESS / FORGOTTEN PASSWORDYou have just signed up but you can't access the Member area.The most common problem encountered is that you have entered your pass details incorrectly. Please use the copy and paste facility to enter the details from the confirmation email you receive after signing up to the login box.
On some occasions it has been found that anti-virus programs block access to adult sites without you even knowing about it. Please check your program and add the site to your safe list. You have signed up but you haven't been sent my pass details!There are two common reasons for not receiving a confirmation email. The most common is that an email address was entered incorrectly on the sign-up page. The quickest way to obtain your pass details is to contact CCBill Support and they will then send you your pass details by email. The other common reason is that your confirmation email has been sent to a spam, trash or junk email folder. Please check that it has not been sent there. You are an existing member but you can't access the Member area.If you have an account with us, the following are reasons why you might not be able to get access Member area. Forgotten PasswordYou have forgotten your pass details. Your pass details will be included in your confirmation email from CCBill, the relevant billing company. Please check this. If you cannot locate your confirmation, please E-mail consumersupport@ccbill.com with your name, full email address (you signed up with), the last 8 digits of the credit card you used to subscribe and approx date of joining. Without this information no login information will be provided. Wrong CaseYou must enter your username and password the exact same way each time. If you capitalized some letters when you signed-up, you must always capitalize them. Account CancellationHas your membership period expired? It is surprising how often this simple mistake is made. Please check the date you joined and the period of your subscription. You might have sent in a cancellation request some time ago and forgotten about it. You can E-mail consumersupport@ccbill.com your username, password, and updated billing information and they will be happy to re-open your account! For more information about billing procedures, consult our billing and cancellation policy. If you are rebilling, ensure your credit card or payment option has not been cancelled. If still valid please follow the steps given above. FraudAnother possible reason is that your username has been hacked or simply that you have tried to access the Member area from different PC's or devices. We employ a program which watches out for multiple users on the same username and password. This site operates an in-built security system which detects unusual activity and suspends the account accordingly. Unusual activity includes access through several devices over a period of time, access via different countries, plus a whole variety of other algorithms. If you've found a way to trip our security program, then we've turned off your codes until you contact consumersupport@ccbill.com. Declined CardIf your credit card was declined upon renewal, we closed your account. Contact consumersupport@ccbill.com with updated card. NON-STANDARD BROWSERSUsers of non-standard browsers may have issues accessing some features on my website or problems logging in. The basic answer to this problem is do NOT use the non-standard browsers that are proprietary and which are often given to you by your ISP. Try using the real Internet Explorer or Firefox browser that you have on your machine already. VIDEO QUESTIONSVideo Download / Playing IssuesTo enjoy the best viewing experience, simply download the video of your choice. If videos do not play when clicked, try downloading them first. You can do this by right clicking on the download buttons on the video's page (on a Macintosh hold down control then left click), then select 'Save Link As', 'Save Target As', or 'Download Link Target'. Why don't videos download when I click them?Some users will notice that some videos when clicked will not download or play, or will take a long time to load. I recommend you look at the 'Video Download / Playing Issues' section of this FAQ if you are experiencing such problems. The change we made that caused this has resulted in an improved experience for most of our users, with an unfortunately negative impact on a small minority of our users. We ask that they use the right click method mentioned in 'Video Download / Playing Issues' as a workaround. Windows Media VideosIn order to play our Windows Media files first make sure you save all the required software to view our Windows Media 9 files. Divx VideosDivx is a video codec that provides stellar video quality along with tightly compressed filesizes. If you are using Windows Media Player files, we advise you to compare the 2 formats for quality and size. However, in order to play Divx files on any computer, you have to download and install the Divx codec/plugin. You can get the free version here: http://www.divx.com/fr/mac ZIPPED FILESAll my photo sections contain zips of my photo sets. You can view the gallery picture by picture and save each image individually or you can select to download the entire gallery through the zipped files. Instructions for using zip files are given below. Zip Download If zip do not play when clicked, try downloading them first. You can do this by right clicking on the download button (on a Macintosh hold down control then left click), then select 'Save Link As', 'Save Target As', or 'Download Link Target'. PICTURE SIZEGalleries are provided in two sizes 1200 x 800 and 2000 x 1300 pixels for the best resolution. Many popular browsers, such as Internet Explorer and Firefox, automatically re-size images in your browser window, so if your screen resolution is set to 1024 x 768 and you are trying to view a pic which is 2000 x 1300 you will need to enlarge them to their actual size to enjoy the full size image quality. PRIVACY POLICYYour privacy is important to me. I do not, and will not, distribute, rent or sell any personally identifiable information to third parties, other than as necessary to process your credit card payment. I use your information solely in order to facilitate your viewing of our web site and to communicate with you.
